First time trying waitressing.

Started work at Poison Ivy Bistro today!
It's owned by Mrs Ivy Singh Lim, wife of the former CEO of Ntuc Fairprice, Mr Lim Ho Seng.
Cool uhs, she's a friendly woman, my boss(:
Likes to say the word bloody in her speech in a very funnny manner. AHHAHAA.
& she goes around the customers tables talking and drinking with them, hoho.
"WELCOME TO BOLLYWOOD" is what she uses to welcome them:D

My colleagues there were all very friendly too(:
There were a total of 3 waiters and 1 waitress on hand yesterday.
2 were half philippinos, half chinese mix, both from republic poly.
The other guy was my friend duh.
& i was the only waitress there. :0

EH MY FIRST TIME TRYING MY HAND AT WAITRESSING LEY!
SAID I WOULD NEVER TRY BEING A WAITRESS AS A FAILED AT EVEN CARRYING SOUP, BUT THE 10 PER HOUR PAY WAS JUST TOO TEMPTING D:
PLUS FREE FOOD, WE CAN CHOOSE ANYTHING THAT THE MENU OFFERS ON THAT DAY. WHOOO~
ITS LIKE WE'RE THE CUSTOMERS THERE ALSO, WE CAN JUST TELL THE CHEF TO COOK ANYTHING FOR US. :D
RECESSION WHERE TO FIND SUCH HIGH PAY FOR WAITRESSING AND FREE FOOD AND CAN TABAO HOME ONE SOMEMORE, HAHA.

& apparently, the place is an organic veggie farm hidden deep inside kranji, beside a resort or soomething, so its quite ulu and laidback.
The customers that come in either drive in or take the shuttle bus in, so most are quite refined and have good manners. I din meet any that was unreasonable so far, though its a little too early to speak D:
One table with 3 guys even left me a dollar tip after they left :D

Then when leaving the place, the boss cute sia, saying ask me go ask the chefs to cook anything i want for me to dabao home for my parents to eat,
i said " nah, it's okay, i think they most probably would have already taken their lunch at home since it's already so late" ,
she replied "well, it's not too late for dinner right?",
i said, "dontwant lah, very paiseh",
she replied "I'm the bloody boss here, who dares to go against me!"

HAHAHA ROFL.
