Water thrills

Freaking lazy to blog, but shall blog a short one at least!
Should not stop, or I'll never get the momentum back.

Anw, my arms and legs are aching from yesterday's swim!
I swam 26 laps! :)
Wanted to hit 30 laps but was short of time.
Aim to hit 40 next round.
It was still a great workout though!  (Y)

Oh one stupid mistake i committed. Forgot to stretch and warm up before jumping into the pool.
Lucky my muscles and toes din cramp up. Hah.
Cannot believe how I managed to swim like 50-60 laps in the past, now after swimming 2 laps and I already start feeling drained wtf.
Need to brush up on my stamina!
Afterall, swimming is the only sport I can be proud of, the only sport which I used to have the most stamina in. (in comparison with running yucks)
It's also the only sport I have medals in?:)

Never could understand how people can run miles without feeling tired.
I CAN DEFINITELY ASSURE THAT MY STAMINA BENEATH WATER IS MUCH BETTER THAN ABOVE IT(which means on land).
It's hard for me to feel really tired beneath water, so I guess that same theory applies to people who run marathons.
Running probably gives them the kick, just like how swimming does for me.
If given the same determination and training as them, I might have the capability to swim for miles hahaha.

JACUZZI. HAHA MAX SHIOKNESS. THE WHOLE JACUZZI ALL TO OURSELVES!
THE POWER OF LEGS. SEE THE AURA WE GAVE OUT :)
WHILE WAITING FOR SAUNA!^^
The WARREN @ CCK. Where we swam at. Super nice facilities:)
Best part is I get to go there anytime cos my aunt stays there! They have a cool gym me and Stel are waiting to check out someday too.
Oh and I love that its a private pool, which means no weirdos staring at us.
We're kinda self conscious of our bodies, with our flaws and stuff.
I know everyone has flaws yadah-yadah, it's not like we don't love ourselves.
But to prevent ourselves from being recognised in public so exposedly, we chose to swim in private.
Good facilities and no crowd to jam up the pool and showers too.
Smart choice, agreed?

MAX LOVE WATER RELATED SPORTS  :):)
PHUKET SHALL BE MY NEXT AIM AGAIN.
